Company History
Owners Chris Chai and Stephan Kim work for the largest national hotel maintenance company in the USA as Senior Vice President and Operations Manager, since 1986. They maintain 37, 4-Star hotels in 27 states in addition to providing marble and stone maintenance services at those locations.
Professional Training includes: the National Stone Training Center in Orlando, Florida, the Hertron International, in Charlotte North Carolina, Stone Works in Houston Texas, and the Marble Training School. They have 21 years of field experience in commercial, historical and residential services.
Services
Every stone or concrete surface is different and therefore it requires a unique approach. Scratch and stain removal. Crack fix, Grout restoration, polishing, sealing, color enhancing ( exterior and interior). For concrete, we offer concrete polishing, acid stain and polishing, and acid stain and sealing.
